Cell C LTE Advanced with speed of ISDN!

I was eventually contacted by your Network department. The person who phoned me, told me to put my sim into a Cell C LTE-A device, before he will log a Network issue. (I bought my own device.) Both the CellC shops in my area was NOT amused, as their devices are for rental to customers whose devices was handed in for repairs. So, a lovely guy at the Somerset Mall branch, told me to change the settings on my router: Network type to accept 4G connection only. This immediately gave me a speed test result of 23 Mbps, and after that, even 33 Mbps. Got home and the speed was much less again. Tested this morning as my bundle was filled with 15GB again. Got a lovely speed of less than 1 Mbps. I cancelled my contract before I went to the Somerset mall shop, and initially was disappointed and considered cancelling the cancellation. Decided to wait a few days, and with my speed again at less than 1 Mbps... this is the end of the road for me and Cell LTE-A. I just hope people who took the full contract, will be able to stop their contracts as well, as Cell C is obviously not upholding their end of the contract if the LTE-A speed is not provided. Our local Facebook groups have numerous posts on bad Cell C LTE-A speeds.

So eventually the Network Query was done. Today someone tried to call me, I answered and quickly asked to be called back in half an hour (was in a meeting). After 90 mins, i decide to call back myself. Then i failed a security check, AFTER giving a ****** reference number that I received via SMS. Every day becomes more of fretting, ******, ugly, nasty day of dealing with this ISP.
