CELL C LTE
Cell C offers great speed. great connections.. In actual fact it only last a week or two if you lucky. Also i constantly run out of DATA.. I mean 100 gig and my line speed is constant at 4meg down or up which is ****... to be honest i feel that this contract should be terminated with Cell C.. why must i pay for something i am not even gauranteed on what is offered to me. You cant tell me its my area as i was with a different LTE provider.. I only purely went with cell c due to the data and cost.. biggest mistake.
Cant tell me its settings.. this is a LTE router.. and my industry is IT related so i dont want stories.. fix it your side and get my internet how it was when i first got it.

04 May 2018, 15:33Well thank you for getting back to me on the first call.. still waiting for the technician to call me to sort out my LTE.
I have just done a diagnostic report for today.. I have used 8.3gig.. still trying to figure that out when i was not even home and all my pc were off and all downloads were not connected. Please explain this to me.. as here i am acutally thinking you guys are ripping me off taking data that i am actually not using..
Also again last night my ping is unstable.. please sort this out as if i am going to have problems like this i am going to submit all my reports through to the press on how CELL C with LTE all thinks about are numbers having people connected but not about how stable or the quality of service that is actually offered.. Very Faulse advertising...
So CELL C i would take my msg in a very high profile risk and have this sorted and will request all my money back.. I am well aware of the laws in South Africa and you are not keeping to your end but taking my money.
