CELL C LOST MY NUMBER AND MY AIRTIME AND I'M LOSING MY MIND!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS!!! My daughter took out a contract for me in her name. So i have a phone with topup contact. She added on to that with a 40gig data contact. She recently switched her Telkom SIM to cell c. So Telkom have now swapped our numbers. I'm receiving her calls and sms'. She's receiving mine. When I call her I have to call her on my number, and my phone tells me I'm phoning my number from my number. We have been speaking to cell c. Pleading. Begging. Screaming. Threatening. Emailing. Nothing. I had R900 on my phone. They told me I will have to forfeit it!!! I have HAD IT!!!
