Cell C loses my data and SMS's
All my data, minutes, sms's etc. reverted to 100 of each at the beginning of Oct 2018. This has never happened before as these always accumulated. This meant that I now lost a lot of data etc. Furthermore, the system glitch was quite wide spread as I did a balance check and no sms was sent to me as is usual with balance checks. The SMS's only started working again on 9 October 2018. I did however keep the SMS from end Sept 2018 which showed I had close to 100 MB data and 72 SMS's.
Can this please be corrected.
