Cell C looked great value until they ****** me

Being ******* in plain sight is a national sport in South Africa. And Cell C will be for sure on the podium! Here is the sequence of events: -Cell C owes me a ZAR 2k refund -They say they can't refund me from their side, and advised me to contact my bank. -My bank says they can't, the refund must be triggered from the merchant side -Cell C hang up as soon as they know that it is me calling. That's what you call world-class customer service. Needless to say that I m switching to the competition asap.
