Cell c listing me without my knowledge
Hi. Last year, around July I got a contact with cell c and the first problem was that their simcard did not work AT ALL so I did not receive any of the benefits I was supposedly paying for. The second problem was that money was not getting debited from my account and upon me trying to find out what the problem is, I was informed that whenever they "scan" my account, it has no money. I made an effort to change the payment date and manually paid the amount that had accumulated in arrears. Then I started having ridiculous amounts debited from my account in the name of "arrears" and thought to myself that because I didn't know how these things worked, these extra amounts were warranted. When large sums of money started getting debited from my account, I tried working out an arrangement with the service provider to either extend the term of my contract to cover these arrears or have a certain amount added to my monthly installment until these arrears were covered and the consultants were no help, they wanted me to pay a sum of 5800 and some change all at once and the consultants were mostly rude. Anyway, my debt was handed over to MBD attorneys and I was okay with paying through them because I had never not wanted to pay cell c, I had always been okay with settling my account. These mysterious attorneys called me and got my details and have been debiting my account. Two days ago, while attempting to purchase a car I was informed that I'm listed on the ITC and now both the cell c legal department and these attorneys don't pick up any of my calls. I tried emailing these attorneys a while back and I've had no response from them since. According to the CPA, cell c should have informed me that they were going to list me and give me a period of 20 days to try and settle the amount before listing me, but evidently none of this happened and I find out while trying to purchase a vehicle that I'm listed. Also, how am I listed when I'm making payments towards the outstanding amount. I've been trying to call both cell c and the attorneys to try and get a statement of some sort and to see where I'm at in terms of the payment and find out about getting listed but none are answering their phones. Oh, and when I tried going to one of the stores with the simcard issue, I was told that I was going to have to pay for a sim swap when their simcard never work a day

I got a call from a cell c consultant regarding my account and attempted to assist me by getting in touch with the attorneys on my behalf, she called back and informed me that she left my details with a consultant named Tebogo from MBD attorneys and the consultant had said she will call me back "shortly".
It is currently 17:12 and I have not received a call from anyone from MBD.
What I need to know is who listed me between Cell c and MBD attorneys and what procedures were followed?
According to the National Credit Act, I was supposed to be notified in writing of any of the business's intentions to have me listed and after this, I was supposed to be notified again in writing that I have a period of 20 days, pending listing to settle my debt.
The only smses that I have received from both businesses were smses to settle the amount immediately and their banking details.
I have never received any letter, email, call or SMS explicitly informing me that I would be listed.
Why did I receive calls to make arrangements for payments when I have already been listed?
I am making payments towards this debt, because like I stated in my initial review that I had no intention of fleeing, I just hit a snag and payments fell behind and cell c would not allow me the platform to make arrangements for payments, they kept on insisting that I make the full payment, but no on notified me that I'd be listed. It hadn't even been a year and I got listed without my knowledge.
I did not receive a final notice or anything of that sort, in applying for this contract I supp**** an email and postal address but none of these addresses were used in an attempt to get hold of me and notify me that I would be listed.
I cannot have my name ruined like this, especially for something that I am paying for.
