Cell C listed my ID number under South African ***** Prevention Services.

Good Morning

last year my Vodacom number was hacked and potted to Cell C, they went on opening an account with Cell C and Home Choice. I then went through the process of submitting the documents needed by Cell C to assist me at Centurion Cell C Shop. they gave me a refence number for my case, i went to do follow ups with them and I was told it takes time. now I want to apply for a personal loan and i found out that Cell C has listed my ID number under South African ***** Prevention Services.

I called South African ***** Prevention Services they gave me a refence number that they got from Cell C SH***6, Lehlogonolo Tladi from Cell C told me that they need the refence number they gave to me when i log the case with them last year May 2024 in order for them to assist me or I must start the process again and log a new Case.

It is over a year now without them resolving my case and they want me to start a new process again, they cannot even use my ID number to check the very same ID they listed under South African ***** Prevention Services. kindly assist.
