CELL C listed me as ********* with SAFPS

I had a ********** debit order transaction with Cell C last year.The legal department was able to resolve this matter.However,I just recently found out when I was applying for a loan that Cell C has listed me as ********* on the SAFPS. I was never informed of this and cell C’s customer service is extremely poor. I cannot contact any department to assist me. I was asked to send an email and no one has responded. I need this matter resolved immediately!!!
