Cell C list closed account on credit bureaus

For a long time now with emails and frequently visiting the shop, I still have the problem of having my current as well as an old cancelled contact placed on the credit bureaus by Cell C. It shows two active accounts. ********** 14 balance R228 and also ********** 4 R225 balance.

I want this one off my credit report! And I have done all I could but it still shows.

What are you going to do about it?
