Cell C likely de*****ing many South Africans

Dear Peter

On 22 October 2015 at about 1****, I received a call from a lady working for CELL C telling me that someone was trying to enter into 4 cellphone contracts using my name. I immediately asked the lady to treat the matter as ***** and report it to the police and try to have the culprit arrested as they had his details.

I put it to her that I have never had any dealings with Cell C ever and she must stop the ********** attempt with immediate effect.

She promised to do so but I learnt later when debit orders went through my bank account that in fact CELL C proceeded to enter into 4 contracts under my name on 30 October 2015 anyway.

I went to CELL C to have this matter closed. CELL C asked me to do an affidavit at a police station and submit same to them. I did so but last night 30 November 2015 again CELL C debited my bank account.

I must mention that I went to ABSA to have the debit order stopped but it appears that our hard earned money is not even safe with banks as any ****, Tom and Harry can access our funds as they please.

CELL C does not seem to be interested in having the ********* and its accomplices brought to book for I believe this is internal
