cell c lies to keep customers on.

I called in to cell c customer care to cancel my contract because the network is unusable most of the time, and the store told me they do not do the service anymore it was at the beginning of march. The person I spoke to at customer told me I could cancel or migrate at anytime as long as it was done before the next month. when I called in on the 24/03/2015 it was a totally different story they came up with a 30 day notice policy when I explained to consultant she told me to read the back of my contract. So truly cell c forces customers to stay with lies and polices they don't explain to customers. As for the network services its impossible to even receive a basic whatapp message. I've been a customer for over 10 years with them all I can say is that cheap rates equals cheap and horrible service.
