Cell C lies that issue has been resolved amicably

i had received a call from a representative regarding a previous complaint listed on Hello Peter. i was told by the consultant that the issue has been resolved amicably and that I was billed incorrectly for end of contract charges as i was advised by the consultant at Cell C that i wouldn't need to worry about anything. i have since attempted to upgrade my current contract and i have been directed to the legal department yet again only to be told that the amount is still outstanding and i will need to get in touch with NDS credit solutions to get a paid up letter. upon contacting NDS for the paid up letter i was sent a settlement letter instead. the lady i spoke to advised that the account has not been paid up and i have been misadvised! my account ***) has been handed over to a debt collections agency AND THIS IS NOT MY FAULT. CELL C IS PUSHING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST!!! all i want is to complete my upgrade, for my name to be cleared from the debt collection agency and with cell c also. this is not my fault. i cannot be calling cell c 5 times a day only to be advised to call NDS who also cannot help at all. CELL C- STOP LYING!!
