Cell c lies & does anything for you to renew your contract

Two of my contracts was due for an upgrade so I decided to call in on Monday June 1st and place an order for both of my upgrades and was advised that I will receive my new phone within 5 days called in the next Monday June 8th and was advised that my phone was dispatched and I should be receiving it today June 8th however I still haven’t received my phone. Called in again today June 10th and was advised that there is no stock of the phone that I upgraded to the service was absolutely pathetic as I was transferred from department to department as no one knew what they was doing and couldn’t provide me with a straight answer I was told I would receive numerous callbacks but up to today I haven’t received one , How can you offer a customer a phone that you don’t have stock for and lie to customer saying that the phone is dispatched and you will be receiving it when you know you don’t have stock for it ?
