CELL C, LIES, DISHONESTY, ****,

I curse the day, which is more than 2 decades ago, I decided to use Cell C when many of my friends and family have been advising me of switching to Vodacom and I chose to remain loyal.to Cell C.

Cell C has now become a ****, the guy by the name of Neo ****med me and disappeared. I now need the contact details of the CEO, Gorge Mendes, emails address and telephone number, so he can tell if he is aware that the company he is leading is now running a ****.for it's survival. If Cell C protects its employees who ****.people to get customers and do not take action against them, and go to the extent of hiding them, now allowing us to talk to them after the ****, what does this mean? Does it mean that the whole company is ******* and a ****. They even disabled my line for the contract expiring on the 6th of September from cancelation as I need to convert it to prepaid and port my number to a different provider. This now.makes sense why this Neo guy failed to upgrade my contract and decided to open a new line against my will and subsequently dissappear and hid in the offices where he is said to have not been allowed to receive calls.

I've made countless calls and sent mails and they all seem to be sympathizing with me for what the Neo guy did but as Cell C, they are not resolving the issue at hand.

This.month, they even had an audacity to debit my account for the amount of over R4800 something I never prescribed to. Who on earth, except a crazy person would pay for a Cell phone for such amount. Unless I'm absolutely crazy and I don't know the value money. All this happened because of Cell C's lies, *******ion and dishonesty.

My problem is failing to learn as this os not the first time a had a problem with Cell C. Now I believe I have learned the hard way. This frustration too shall pass and once I'm over it, I will block all the numbers associated with Cell C.

Multiple queries have been logged without any of them resolving the issue. Othe agents will even drop the phone when they hear what the complaint is about. Others will promise to call back which never happens.

The Neo guy, indirectly instructed me to open the package of the device knowing very well that once I opened it, I will no longer be able to return it due to his lies. Other agent from delivery department boldly and disrepecrully told me that I'm stuck with the device, they are not taking it back even after I told him that the Neo guy was the cause of all of that, she couldn't even bother to listen. Ask me if you want to know about Cell C, more than 20 years with them, I know them better.

If feel sorry for the ones who are still contemplating contracting to Cell C.

As for me, please provide me.with the contact details of Gorge Mendes, as I now need to here from him if Cell C has become a **** and ******* company. If it is my misunderstanding, just get me out of your **** and I will leave you in peace. Everyone and every company, maybe, in South Africa, have a right to run **** and ******* companies.

Because hoe do you go ahead and bill me for something I'm not even using, the benefits you are tell me about which I never used at all since I can't even use your device as to date, your Neo agent was supposed to give me a call as he promised which nearly 2 months now.

I regret taking his call the first time he called me.
