Cell C.. lies and thievery. Cell C Refusing to cancel my contract..

Cell c has promised to cancel my account since October 2020. I have followed up every month and they keep giving me excuses saying its been escalated to the cancellations department but they are still charging my account each and every month although the service has not been used since October 2020 which is when cancellation was requested. They are causing me uneseccary stress and messing with my finances and credit score. Please advise how I can urgently cancel my contracts immediately. I have various ticket numbers but no solution ha been made and no-one from cancellations is assisting me. Why are you *****ing from me Cell C. Just release me form my contract please ASAP. On my last complaint on hello peter the response from cell c was that they "will make certain that" my account is cancelled but they keep lien and charging me instead of cancelling. Pleas estop being ******* and cancel my contract cell c please. You are causing me so much added stress
