Cell C lies and cannot do Sim Swop after 96 hours

Asked if cell c could do sim swop. They said 2-4 hours max 24. Phoned again after 26 hours and was told same story. Phoned a third time and they said they could use a pin which I gave and it would be done in two hours. Well they **** yet again. Then they say they tried to call. **** about that too. No missed call or actual call. Easy to type tried. Then never had a phone for another pin to try again and they can't help. Guess they can't supply a service and therefore in breach of contract and should cancel with immediate effect. Let's see. They are beyond useless.
