Cell C... lies and bad service

I upgraded my contract over the phone and had my phone delivered to my home on Friday. I had to call the call centre to do the sim swop as the new phone operates on a different type of simcard as the old one. First I had to do a a verification and be trf to the sim swop area. Did the verification again only to be told they have to call me back to do this. This would have to be on an alternative number Friday by six or Saturday morning. I provided my husbands number. No call by 12 Saturday so I call again only to be told that that area does not work on Saturdays. So I gues they will call on Monday when my husband is at work. I now sit with a new phone that I can`t use because the call centre don`t know what they are doing. All they have to say is there is nothing we can do for you. Thank you cell c. So disappointed I chose you!!!
