cell c lies about contracts

I am trying to get details on my data contract with Cell c (i have a Pinical contract that i use on a day to day) as well as the data contract with there being no end in sight for the home working i have looked at getting one of the Wifi contracts offered with Cell c i call in today and they tell me that my data contract is 24 months (it is not) the reason i took out the contract was because i was told i can cancel at any stage i asked Portia if it was possible for her to send me a copy of a contract she is unable to do so i want the recording of this contract that i did not take out for 24 months now i would like to take out a 24 month WIFI contract and unfortunately cannot do this f i also have the other contract running - can you guys please figure out what you are doing over at cell c and kindly assist i am n ot going to have to perform and fight for this to be done - i want just as easy as it was to sign me up - please be just as easy to take me off as i do not have this contract record
