Cell C lies.

Cell C offers a double your data on certain packages for prepaid customers if you purchase on their app. Well, they are deceptive. I purchased and the data did not double. After numerous calls, I was informed that they can only assist after 24 to 48 WORKING hours. Now that works out to over a week of waiting which is highly unprofessional. A big no for extreme disrespect and disregard for the needs of their clients.
