CELL C lies!!

I received a call from Hlanganisani Ntshangase on 30 July 2018,offering me an upgrade.I agreed to the upgrade for a Hauwei P Smart and Note 8 on my lines. He said that the Note is out of stock and it will be delivered later. I then called back a week later and I was told that I need to wait for another 2 weeks.I called again today to follow up,and I am told that the Note 8 has been discontinued 2 weeks ago.So nobody had the decency to call and tell me this, or even to offer me a new deal?If the phone was discontinued,I understand.But the service is disgusting.Then I am told that I need to call the stores and check if they have stock.I also have to speak to the delivery department and cancel with them.I am not an employee of Cell C, I cannot do their jobs for them.When the phones are being sold to you, everything is done for you, but now I have to do everything myself. Other companies will source the phone for you themselves.I have been with Cell C for many years and I am utterly disappointed in the poor service I received, and the lies. When I received the Hauwei, I received it with a new sim card and the letter says that you can call the call centre to do a sim swap. When you call the call centre they refer you to the branch. I have never received this kind of service from Cell C. Please can someone resolve this asap, because the call centre staff also become irate, which is highly unprofessional and refuse to call them now again.
