Cell c **** to me

Hi there cell c ,contact me when my contact finished they offered me to upgrade as I was on pay as you go,I told them I waiting for a new phone that didn't come to south africa yet,they told me there is no fees as I can upgrade at any time ,now when I want to upgrade they want to penalize me with 9k what a joke ,all my buisness is with cell c,for me its easy I will buy the cellphone from samsung or incredible connection but please watch out from cell c ,they **** to me I mad sure I asked 3 times its recorded i think its valid in court but I don't going this way,im just moving on and cell c going to loose customers it not makes any sense i don't want to cancel a contract i want to upgrade a contract what a joke
