CELL C LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL

What a disappointment. My contract phone went in on Monday the 26 October 2020 for repairs as it wouldn't charge. Firstly the lady at Stanger Mall Branch was having a personal visit and made me fill in my own form not very helpful at all. The branch told me that it would take 14 to 21 days. I received an sms on the 28 October 2020 to say that the repair department is assessing it, I thought wow that is fast and was rather impressed but that was short lived. I received an sms today the 29 October 2020vto tell me to contact them for my quote and the go ahead. Well firstly the phone is still under guarantee as it is less than a year old and I was forced by their sales department to take out insurance on the phone by Hollard. I phoned their branch and guess what NO ONE IN THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT ANSWERS THEIR PHONES!!!! I have been holding for 34:14 minutes and still nothing. Yet they are quick to take their debit order, maybe I should stop it until one of their staff has the decency to contact me????? Please word of advice DO NOT USE CELL C THEIR SERVICE IS LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL!!!!!
