Cell C Lephalale Mall

I had the worst experience at Cell C Lephalale Mall, I am so upset and I won't ever go back there. I am situated in Lephalale and will have to go all the way to Pretoria today to sort out my upgrade after wating several days for my phone to arrive, went in after being told that the phone arrived. Just to be told that I can't upgrade because my upgrade date is not yet. Why would they then order the phone? I am highly disappointed due to employees not knowing what they are doing ect. Worst experience of my life!
