Cell C Lephalale

Good day. A Fresh breeze runs through Lephalale. After having a battle with MTN Direct I approached a consultant at Cell C Lephalale nemed Jan Hendrik. I needed a new contract as my previous phone (MTN) got damaged with no insurance. Jan Hendrik took my documents and assured me that he would try his best to get me the contract I needed. As there was an power blackout I asked him to prosess the application as soon as possible. This was @ 09h30.

@ about 12h00 I got the phonecall that my contract was approved and I could come and collect a phone from Cell C Lephalale. By 14h30 everything was signed and I had my new phone in hand.

Be sure that Jan-Hendriks actions has converted me to a new and loyal customer of Cell C. All my contracts that runs out WILL be moved to Cell C because of this consultant.

To be fair! After 9 days of battle with MTN Direct I was still not approved and left hanging due to a never ending system glitch. MTN lost a Loyal customer of more than 10 years due to poor service and promises made but not kept.
