Cell C Legal no response

Cell C legal sent me a mail saying my acount was in arrears and I have seven days to settle the account before they take legal action and immediately responded because it is impossible and i have sent them four emails and have sat on the phone on two occasions for two hours and no one even picks up they just disconnect me after I have waited to speak to someone!!!!! Im still waiting to hear back from someone so I can know what they have done with my account!

This is extremely urgently as the email i recieved says they will be taking further within seven days. I cant sort out this issue in seven days if no one responds to my emails or picks up the telephone when i call.
