Cell-C Legal does not exist

I have been trying now for almost a month just to get Cell-C Legal to assist me with my contract number ********** 827. All I received was the outstanding amount, that I have settled already. I have send 10 emails and all I get is they will contact me in 2 working days. We at 14 working days and no contact has been made! Sending a email to Cell-C Legal direct is also a waste of time with no replay! I have been with Cell-C for more than 10 years and it seems my loyalty was misplaced!
