Cell C Legal Department wants us to remain indebted.

Hi I hope you are good. I've been trying to get banking details and clearance amount for my account since last year, I even went into debt review because I haven't been receiving response from Cellc legal, I really don't know what to do anymore. This account is impacting my credit score and I want to get rid of it, I don't understand why I'm not getting any help. My debt counselor can't even reach you guys.
