Cell C Legal Department very Unprofessional and useless service

Good Day

I must say that your call centre consultants and the infamous legal department is probably your Jane Doe.

I've spent more 3days on the phone trying to get ahold of someone who can assist with no avail and way forward. My account was disconnected I made the payment and would like to get it connected again but that's impossible with your department. I hope someone will contact me as contacting you is a waste of time and money. Being holding on a call for 45mins plus disconnecting and doing it again and the nerve of some of the consultants as they dropped the call on me.
