Cell C Legal Department/ Useless Department

I have had the most horrible experience with Cell C Legal department. I had financial issues and i couldnt pay my contract with them, to cut the long story short they listed me as a bad payer and handed my accout over to a company called MMM, communication with this company was extremely bad, almost non existent and extremely *****. I had to call and always ask for updates and they were not corporative and staff was always rude. My account was then moved to Nudebt, this was better as i had information and i made the payment and they gave me my settlement letter.

Now here i am, account paid up but Cell C isnt corporating.

I have been trying to get ahold of the Legal department for over two weeks now with no luck and being tranfered from pillar to post. They gave me a direct number ********** which i now know off by heart cause i call 5 times a day and stay on the line 40 minutes waiting for a response which i havent gotten to this day.

Dear Cell C i need my name cleared and information from you guys. Service is ubsolutely unacceptable.

Thank you for your prompt response.

Firstly i would like to say thank you to Skhumbuzo from the social media department, he managed to solve a query which i had been struggling with for 2 weeks within a couple of hours and has great people s****s.

Secondly why is it that customers are forced to take this route before queries are attended? Only when am i furious and feed up with Cell C only then are we attended. Not only have you lost out on a customer but on referals as well and customer retention.

Thirdly i'd like to pose a recommendation, As frusted as i was but when Skhumbuzo dealt with the query i was happy cause it was one point of service, I told him the full story and he dealt with it, there was no hand over and that makes processes effecient and quick. One point of service and done, he dealt with whatever needed to happen. As a customer i don't care if you have 100 departments, my perception of Cell C is about Cell C as a whole and not just the Legal department. The Call Center is also inefficient as they just re-route the calls to the wrong department and clearly they dont know what they are doing.

Overall i got what i wanted and hope Cell C learnt something.
