CELL C LEGAL DEPARTMENT SUCKS

Cell C is refusing to give me paid up letters of two contracts I had /have with them .I payed them whatever I owed them .The call centre agents don't know what is a paid up letter , one told me its a settlement letter ....I have been transferred from one person to another ...Cell C service is very poor for a big service provider like them.I urgently need a paid up letter as proof that I have paid up my contract in full , which is still reflecting on my credit profile as active ....Their legal department takes forever to answer the phone , ran out of airtime ...I have been phoning since last week ,with no luck .Please help .
