Cell C legal department seem not to exist!

<p>i have a defualt account with cell c, and i have been trying to pay for the past month. my problem is that the account was handed over to debt collector and now when i try to get hold of the debt collector to make arrangements for payment, i was advise that the account was taken back by cell c legal department. i phoned them and after holding for 45 min i eventually got thru, they sent me details regarding payment via email. the problem now is that the reference given to me is incorrect and i have been trying to get hold of the legal department for the past 2 days with no luck. i would really appreciate it if somebody can contact me, as i would like to sort this out as soon as possible.</p>
