Cell C legal department-Poor Service

Good Day Cell C

I am very disappointed with the fact that I have paid up my cell c contract in 2017,and this has not being updated with the credit bereau,hence my credit score and rating has being affected,i have contacted cell c numerous times for them to sort this out,or for a paid up letter so I can sort it,and I get no assistance,the consultants always tell me they have sent it through to the legal department and the paid up letter will be emailed to me shortly,however that has never happened,consultants sometimes transfers me to the legal department and I can ever get through to speak to anyone,and I stay on the line for over a hour,this is really unfair as cell c is a big network company,and people that work there and not doing their job correctly and assisting cell c customers,the way the were suppose to be assisted,please can I have this issue resolved as soon as possible,i look forward to hearing from cell c
