Cell c legal department not answering calls at any given time
<p>Good day. I have been trying to get hold of the Cell C legal department telephinically for days now and yet NO response or answer at all! I have been requesting a paid up letter as my contract has ended and apparently they are the only so called department to assist me. I have informed Cell c that i need it urgently yet no one is apparently able to assist at all. This is utterly and totataly UNACCEPTABLE and REDICULIOUS! I need this rather urgently,as in today still as i have requested this 3 days ago already.</p>
We are in receipt of your complaint and apologize for the inconvenience caused. One of our consultants in the escalations team will contact you and assist with this matter.

Well at least on here someone actually rep****. I dont think you understand the urgency of this matter. I contacted the Customer serice again via cell phone and have been informed that a case for my request was logged today only and i requested the letter on Monday already! I simply CANNOT WAIT another 48 hours for this letter. I need it TODAY still. Up until this inicident i have not really had problems with Cell c,but this is rather disappointing.

This has now gine from bad to worse! I have been assured that i will get this paid up letter this morning still just after 9am. Can someone please just send the **** letter already!!!! I really cannot believe the pathetic service i have been receiving thus fas. This is disgusting to say the least.
