Cell C legal department not answering calls
I have been on the line for an hour, no responds. I had a contract which was settled however it is reflecting as a default on my credit record. I have been calling Cell C numerous times and all consultants were not helpful. They all transmitted to the legal department to which no one responds to any calls. This is affecting my credit record and its causing a lot of stress.

27 Jun 2019, 11:38Yes the paid up letter was received and forwarded to the credit bureau. However there is still an account reflecting as "written off". According to transunion Cell C has not corresponded with them with regards to this matter. I was hoping legal department could assist by telling me what needs to be done.
