Cell C Legal department No Joy

Cell C legal department is useless, have been trying to contact them and been kept on the line with no answer for 45min, that is useless why have a department and all this fancy technology when nobody is answering, must be sitting with KFC or something, next move go to a local branch, they also call guess what, as soon as you go threw, the just hang up, no explanation nothing, after a couple of calls to this Legal department someone's answers and tell me that since 2016 some money's are outstanding, never got a phone call or a letter of demand nothing from CELL C LEGAL, Cell C I think it's better to just throw in the towel, Tomorrow I will try a last time if I don't get any real answers I will cancel the last contract with you, and move to another provider,
