Cell C legal department is useless

I had a contract with Cell C which end of which I still had an outstanding amount, I went to Cell C store at The Boulders ( Midrand) wanting to settle my account and I was told to Call 084 140. When I call the number I was told that my account was handed over to the Legal department, and that they will transfer me to them. I was placed on hold/transferred to the Legal department where I had to listen to music for over 30 minutes without any help. This has been happening for two months now, I still havent got any help and every time I call the call centre I get transferred to a number where music just plays. I even tried using contacting Cell C via thier website, but I didn't get any response
