CELL C LEGAL DEPARTMENT IS NOT EXISTENT

My account was handed over to Blake and Associates with a balance of R14K , they sent me a agreement with a monthly debit order untill amount is settled, this was june 2017, now when i call to find out the remaining balance, blake and associates tell me that my account is no longer with them and was moved to another department, when I call cell c on ********** no one picks up after 20 minutes, I want someone to call me to let me know that the amount ive been paying every month is reflecting and what the remaining balance is.
