CELL C legal department

good day i need assistant my account had been handed over to lawyers and im done paying my cell c contract for years my credit report so that my account is paid up to date ...i tried numerous times to get hold of cell c .the customer service is bad they either drop the phone or tell me to call the lawyers wich i did .all i need is a paid up letter so i can clear my name CELL C legal department if you see this please respond ..im a customer that been with you guys since 2014
