Cell C Legal Department

<p>In April 2016 someone took out a cellphone contract using my information. I immediately reported this matter and a case of ***** was registered reference: 160 ********** 32 was given to me. Few months later when I inquired about the progress of investigation I was informed that the investigation has be concluded. The conclusion of the investigation was that I was not the person who took out the contract. I then requested for a clearance letter so that I can have this account removed from my credit record by the Credit Bureaus. I was told that I can only receive the letter from Cell C legal department. I have been trying to get hold of the legal department for months with no luck.</p>
