Cell C Legal Department

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C Legal department have blacklisted me due to the fact they say i owe R1600 from January. They passed my account over to the SOL Department. I do not owe any money , My bill for December 2015 , JAN - MARCH 2016 all have credit amount and i have been told by Customer care that my account is up to data. I have sat on the phone for 2 weeks trying to get legal to remove the status off my name but i am not being assisted. When i finally got through to someone after a 2 hour phone call they told me they have no idea whats gone on with my account , now its their job to know! they Then proceeded to cut me off to avoid the matter. This needs to be sorted out ASAP.</p>
