Cell C legal department
In April 2019 our LTEA stopped working. After 2 months Cell C informed me that they cannot deliver service in my area. So i can cancel my contract, which i did. Now the Cell C legal department ows me a refund while they still debit order my account. I do not get hold of the Cell C legal department only plays music.
