Cell c legal department

I’ve have been trying to contact the cell c legal department about R70 that is due which is affecting my credit record on the credit bureau and all the contracts have been terminated 3 years back. I’ve been holding on the line for 20 minutes with no answer and the customer care was unable to assist me. Disappointed in their bad service
