Cell C legal department

Due to financial problems last year, two of my Cell C accounts were handed over. The last payments on these accounts were debited from my account on 1 February 2019, but the debit orders were taken from my account again later in February. Since then, I've been trying to get hold of the legal department to refund me. I've sent so many emails, because you can't get hold of them on the phone, but no response. I phoned the customer service, but they can't assist me and they can't transfer me or give me a direct email to the legal department. Any assistance please.
