Cell C legal department

I had an account with Cell C. When I tried to get a bond recently I was told that this account is in arrears and is restricting me from get the bond. I desperately I want to pay the amount I owe. I called Cell C to arrange clearing the account. They gave a legal department number which I have been calling for the past 2 weeks and no one answers the phone. I've even visited the Cell C branch multiple times and they can't help.

I just want to know how much and where can I settle his account ASAP. The service is very frustrating and disappointing
