Cell C legal department

I had a Cell C account that I could not pay due to being over committed financially. I am now stable and would like to settle my cell debt but I am struggling to get hold of them. They always tell me to hold for their legal department and I would hold for over 15 minutes till I run out of airtime. My number with them was disconnected so I cannot use a Cell C number to call them. Cell C please contact me so I can settle your debt.
