Cant get hold of billing / accounts (legal department) no answer at ALL, customer care contact center seem to not know any other contact details of the legal department, I had an account with Cell C which I need to get hold of very urgently in order to settle my account, I need an arrangement letter and thereafter a paid up letter, does not seem to get hold of anyone, no sense of urgency from CELL C!!! very disappointing so glad I am no longer making use of their network or services. Please provide me with contact details in your "legal" department in order to resolve my query!!!!!!!!!
