I`ve took out a contract by them and settle the account in February 2019. According to my credit report i have a R 75.00 balance and the account is still active. this can mean only two things that they did not update my credit report and closed my account. I did put in complains after complains that I even lost track of the reference numbers they gave me because everytime it is a new number
