Cell C Legal Department

I had financial problems which ended in not being able to pay my cell account well,which i was two months behind. Now when my contract ended the was amount remaining that i needed to pay. I asked to pay that amount in 3 months installment. Last month I paid R300.00 which now I'm getting calls from a very rude agent of one of the company cell c handed over my account to. If its not too much to ask can i atleast get my account back to cell c legal department?<br> <br> Kind Regards
