Cell C Legal & Customer Serivce - ALWAYS Unavailable!

I had a contract for a Wifi ****le for 24 months, which ended 5 months ago. I notified Cell C that I would not be renewing the contract a month and a half prior to the end date of the final payment and I was assured that there would be no issues.

However, after issues with double debiting on the final month, my problems STILL were not over. Today, five months later, I receive an SMS saying " your Cell C acc has been handed over to Nudebt. Settle your balance (which shouldn't even exist)!

How am I being handed over when my account clearly shows that I do not have an outstanding amount, but that my account is R116.56 in credit. Unfortunately their 084 135 customer service line is down, support is available, after going through 7 different option menu's only to be told you need to speak to legal at ********** , which also is forever unavailable.

This level of service is appalling and unacceptable.
