Hi There

I have been having the same issue.

According to the call centre I need to contact Legal. I have called the direct number and it says it doesn't exist and when the operator puts me through I am on hold FOREVER.

I just viewed a statement and its an amount i can't make any sense of. Surely if theres and issue, I should have been informed before another amount was added to my bill????

I need immediate assistance as this is quite urgent. Please assist.

The number I have for Legal Direct is ********** 200.

Surely someone has an email address or fax I could use because obviously the contact number is invalid. If not would someone please contact me **********
